It is aged in large barrels of Slavonian oak where it rests for eighteen months, developing soft tannins and an elegant body. Red berry, wild herb and forest floor aromas shape the nose. On the youthfully austere palate, fine-grained tannins and bright acidity balance sour cherry, pomegranate and star anise.This Barbaresco has developed soft tannins and anelegant body, strong berry jam flavours make this red exciting with a spicy twist from the hints of star anise. From organically grown grapes.
