Cabaneira is one of the most beautiful ski slopes in the Limone resort in Piedmont. According to Massimo this slope is a real experience and above all, of a similar gradient to the Cabernet Sauvignon plot that makes this wine.
It was one of his friends who in 1996, in the middle of the harvest and exhausted from taking the boxes of grapes out of the vineyard, suggested that he name this bottle thus.
Crisp with floral notes, evolving into red fruit coulis then the toasted notes . The palate is creamy on the attack, a tapered and well-structured body takes over.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon. with power and character. Produced in the commune of Alba, 18 months of aging in barrels and demi-muid 30% new wood, no fining, no filtration.Maturity, depth and balance are its key characteritics.
