The vinification is done in a traditional way without separating the skins from the must. The fermentation is carried out in terracotta amphorae for about 3 months , the refinement for about 10 months in French oak barrels. This is a complex white wine made entirely with the Arneis varietal. Opulent fragrances of baked quince, banana, marzipan, pineapple , white chocolate, verbena and orchard fruits, On the palate there is excellent persistency and freshness coupled with some mineral undertones. By using Amphora ageing, the higher alcohol content allows the wine to remain fruity, rounded and balanced! Big nose - white flowers, marzipan, peaches.
