This Rosé is crafted from three red grape varieties in a sustainable production system: Touriga Nacional, Aragonez and Tinta Miúda (Graciano). the grapes are harvested bu hand and stored in special small cold boxes. Soft pressing is done in order to obtain its light pink color.The grape juice is decanted in cold temperatures..10C and then fermented in concrete tanks. After fermentation , the wine is stored 70% in concrete tanks and 30% in used barrels for 6 months. This Rosé has a fruity aroma with notes of cherry and wild strawberries creating a very elegant fine wine with vibrant acidity. Production limited to under 3000 bottles and 100 Magnum bottles.
